Reachly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

Reachly ("we", "us") turns your résumé into a profile and drafts outreach emails when you spot an email address in a LinkedIn post. Reachly is offered as a web app (reachly.zokey.club) and a Chrome extension. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it. Reachly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft.

What we collect

Data Why
Email address (and name, if provided by Google sign-in) To create and authenticate your account.
Your résumé file and the profile parsed from it (name, headline, location, contact details, summary, skills, experience, education) To build the profile Reachly uses to write outreach in your voice.
The text of the LinkedIn post you choose to draft from, plus the recipient name and email it contains To generate an email tailored to that specific opportunity. This is sent only when you click to draft.
Generated email drafts and their send status To show, edit, and (optionally) send your outreach.
Your authentication session, stored locally in the extension via chrome.storage.local To keep you signed in to the extension between visits.

How the extension uses permissions

Who processes your data (subprocessors)

What we do not do

Storage and security

Your records are stored in Supabase and protected by row-level security so they are accessible only to your account. Résumé files are kept in a private storage bucket. API keys for AI and email providers are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser or the extension.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete it or ask us to. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, edit or clear your profile, and request deletion of your data. Removing the extension stops all on-page reading of LinkedIn posts.
